Principle
- Heat exchange fluid from the bottom enamelled coil of tank is pumped through the roof top solar collectors, and is heated by the sun.
- The stored water is heated when the fluid passes through the heat exchanger.
- Supplementary heating is provided if insufficient heat is available from the sun(such as during cloudy or rainy weather or during winter months) either via electric booster or via gas booster.
